New locations for town hall meetings

By now you've probably heard about the town hall meetings that Chairman Gray is holding in every ward in an effort to unite the city following the divisive primary. I am planning to attend the one tonight in Ward 7 and just received this notice yesterday that the locations for the remaining town halls have changed. (Thanks, Fair Budget Coalition for the notice.)

If you do attend one of the meetings, please consider asking Chairman Gray for more details on what he intends to do to ensure that all children in the District have a strong start in school and life -- one of his key campaign promises -- in this difficult budget year. We will attend as many of the forums as we can, but the more people who submit the question, the more likely it will get answered. And please send us your notes, comments, video and questions for the town halls so we can help spread the word on behalf of D.C.'s youngest citizens!

Here are the revised locations for the remaining town halls:

Ward 7 - TONIGHT. Tuesday, October 12, 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church, 3000 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE
